Rachel draws on a background in psychology and communication. As an intuitive bodyworker she specializes in accessing the hidden wisdom of our body’s intelligence, which is often expressed through disease.
By accessing collective intelligence and supporting collective emergence through the Art of Hosting, Collective Presencing, and Circling, Rachel has facilitated trainings that develop and integrate the potentials and latent resources within individuals and groups. Rachel facilitates authentic connection and radically honest engagement. She recently co-facilitated an experiential journey through Spiral Dynamics for over 100 participants.
Rachel is fascinated by the nourishment and creativity that women gain access to by gathering together, sensing into the Future that wants to emerge, and being present to their innate creative potential. Through creating circles of presence, in a space of consciousness, healing and empowerment, pure magic happens. She delights in creating the space, and “being” the space, that allows these gatherings to happen. As a result, you may get to try things you would have never considered before and to see yourself as much bigger than you have ever allowed yourself to be. You may find yourself saying ‘yes’ to so much more and being more resilient than you ever could have imagined or believed possible.
